Comfortable stay in central Tapachula

The hotel's location was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that offered a good night's sleep.

We faced some noise issues from the parking area, which disrupted our rest in the early morning. The reception staff could have been friendlier, missing an opportunity for great service.

The service was good during my stay. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The staff were dedicated and very attentive and kept the place clean

Everything was nice during 2 days, appreciated its favourable and excellent location just off the citycenter, the downtown and the center of town. My room was reasonably spacious and beautiful, had hypo-allergenic pillows...

Ask for a room away from the parking area to avoid noise disturbances early in the morning.

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but alas, the noisey parking lot ruined my beauty sleep. I also experienced the pleasure of early cleaning staff knocking on my door before checkout, how good! If only they had offered me a welcome gift or upgrade, I would've considered this trip a victory. Just couldn't.

The location was ideal for exploring nearby shops and dining options. My room was spacious and clean, with cozy beds that allowed for a restful night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, which I especially appreciated.

Pillows were flat.

I appreciated the central location of Hotel Fenix. The quality of the bathroom amenities was excellent, including generous water pressure, made for satisfying showers.

The staff could be friendlier.

Noise from the car park disrupted sleep early in the morning!!! Cleaning staff barged in before checkout without regard for guest privacy!!! Flat pillows and no ice machine.

The room was spotless with lovely soft, clean sheets and super comfy beds that made for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the nice garden area and a cozy lounge to relax in after exploring all day. The only bummer was the cleaning staff knocking a bit early, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

Room was super clean with great shower pressure. Wi-fi was spotty.

We really enjoyed our stay! The large rooms were perfect for our family of six, and the comfy beds kept us all well-rested. The central location made it easy to explore Tapachula. The excellent shower pressure was a hit with everyone.

My wife says that the flat pillows could be improved for better sleep.

It was just a perfect match for a quick break in Tapachula with great value for the money. The room was super clean with lovely soft sheets, made for a great night's sleep. Try to ask for a room away from the parking area for less noise.

The staff here were so nice and always ready to help, giving us a warm welcome whenever we arrived. the rooms were a decent size and really lovely, plus they had these great hypoallergenic pillows that made for a comfy night's sleep. We paid $798 for our stay, which we thought was worth it. 🌟
